four of your chips on your weight loss journey I always say the biggest thing is to hold yourself accountable that's huge always remember why you started so for me I always say like keep it before picture and places that you see often whether it's your work desk whether it's your car whether it's your fridge I think haven't won the fridge is huge but for me it's having one on my phone wallpaper because I feel like we use our phones more than anything if that's what's motivating you and

reminding you hey you're trying to keep your focus absolutely if you put it there and you're constantly looking at that it's it's amazing I think having it there yeah every single time that you feel like or you could like missing the gym seeing your own before a picture it's like a reminder of I don't want to go back there this is why I started so I'm going to do so I'm gonna get up and get going once you get out of bed and take that first ten minutes of exercise yes your brain changes it does Oh

psyched it's like a little kid at the playground you're like might be four clothes I think that when you keep your before clothes like with the phone it's a reminder of why you started where you came from and it gives you like hope and motivation to keep pushing forward another great tip and so here we are so these are the befores those that's not even my biggest that's a 24 I was a 28 on my biggest wow this is four sizes smaller than her before amazing okay next right and then I would say always write

yourself inspirational quotes I keep them all over the house I keep on so there it's at work in the car on my gym I mean anywhere that you can think of I like to keep them all around the house like the fridge oh look there's some examples all of it yeah on my frigerator I say like you can't outrun your fork that's huge no matter how much work you put it in the gym if you're not eating healthy then the weight will not come off a big one is and she's just slogan like you got this you got this girl yeah.
