What's up Elite Thenx athletes I'm Stefan Heria joined by Shawne Lozano and today we're gonna take you through a High-Intensity Interval Training workout you could do anywhere. Not only do High-Intensity Interval Training workouts help build your endurance but they also burn more calories in a shorter amount of time, boost your metabolism and help promote a healthy heart and aid in blood circulation.

Incorporating High Intensity Interval Training workouts into your routine will ensure you become more athletic and lean. For today's workout we're gonna be using the AnaDucha app and if you don't have it you can download it in the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have the app downloaded go to website Workouts and follow along. This workout will consist of eight exercises each one being performed for 45 seconds with a 15 second break. For the first exercise is In and Outs 45 seconds. Ready? - Yep. - Let's do it.

How you feeling Shawne? - Good. - Alright, next we have is Star Crunch. You can always click on the move to see how to perform the exercise properly. Let's go for it Alright guys if you feel tired during any of these exercises I challenge you not to stop but just slow down the reps. So let's check off the Star Crunches. Next we have Burpees. - Alright, I think that was the hardest one. If you ever run into an exercise you don't know how to do, you can always click on the move to see how to perform the exercise properly.

Let's cross off Burpees. Next exercise Bicycles. Let's keep going. Alright let's cross off the Bicycles. When you're doing those, you want to make sure that you're driving your elbow to the opposite knee. The next exercise we have are High Knee Taps 45 seconds. Alright that might have been the hardest one. The High Knee Taps are really taxing on the cardio vascular system. So you want to make sure that you're breathing in a steady and controlled way. So let's mark of those High Knee Taps and lets into the Leg Raises. Alright.

For this exercise you want to make sure that you keep constant tension on your core. Squeezing those abs at the top position and at the bottom. Let's go ahead and cross off the Leg Raises and move on to Switching Mountain Climbers. Switching Mountain Climbers are really similar to regular Mountain Climbers except with the twisting of the torso which will activate more of your core. So lets mark off the Switching Mountain Climbers and move on to Plank Knees to Elbow. Alright, that completes round one. We have two more to go to complete this workout.
