Hey guys Brian casat here coming to you straight from title Boxing Club one of my few gems here in Dallas Texas and getting ready to take you through a beginners boxing workout to begin we're gonna start with a warm-up we're gonna do three sets we got 20 jumping jacks we have 20 squats we have 

10 lunges 10 push-ups and five burpees we're round 1 we've got 2 minutes we're gonna start off by going with 30 seconds of a jab cross in 30 seconds of a jab jab cross cross that's jab cross which you want to extend that left arm out and come back with that right arm extend the left arm out come back with that right arm so the next one is the jab jab cross you want that double so you go jab jab so

extend that left arm out and then you go cross cross come back with that right arm twice then we're moving on we're gonna go to minute to minute 2 is jab jab cross for 20 seconds we've got jab cross fade cross and we've got a quick jab cross to finish with the last 20 seconds after that we're gonna move right into a one-minute rest like kind of like an active rest so once you do 20 jumping jacks and then go 20 squats okay guys we're going right into round 2 again we've got 2 minutes we're gonna

focus on hooks with this one so we're going into that first minute again we've got two 30-second intervals we're gonna go with a jab cross hook hook to start then we've got a jab hook low hook high hook low hook high we're gonna go on each side so that's hook wall with a pie full of a pie on each side then we're moving into minute-to-minute - we've got 3 20 second intervals again like the first round those 20 second intervals we're gonna start with the hook low hook high Oklahoma on each

side we're going to the second 20 second interval which is a jab hook cross hook then the last one second interval we've got quick hooks repeating non-stop and tell your brothers so to finish off we're going right into that one-minute active rest again we've got 20 mountain climbers and five burpees repeating okay guys we're going right into round three again we've got a two-minute round so we're gonna go with that first minute again thirty second intervals it's at first thirty Seconds I wanted a jab

cross uppercut left side so with that second thirty Seconds I want a jab cross uppercut right side okay now we're going right into the twenty second intervals which is the second minute the twenty second intervals we're gonna go with twenty second uppercut hook uppercut hook on each side that's uppercut hook uppercut hook on each side the second twenty second interval we've got jab cross uppercut hook right side and then jab cross uppercut hook left side and then we're gonna finish with

that one-minute active rest again we're gonna go with 20 sit-ups and 10 jumping lunges all right guys we're going into round 4 so we are one round away from finishing this up so with this round 4 again we've got two minutes so we've got a two minute round first starting off with those 30 second intervals this one we're gonna combine a little bit of everything together so with that first 30 second interval we've got jab cross hook hook hook hook so that's jab cross coming in with those four hooks

the second one we've got jab cross uppercut uppercut uppercut uppercut so we got the jab cross you got four uppercuts going hard so we're going right into minute two we've got 20 seconds of put jab cross so that's non stop pop pop pop pop pop okay you're gonna get right up on that bag and go hard gonna go quick so with the second 20 seconds we've got power hooks we're gonna hook low hook high so knock the hell out of the bag get after it and go hard the last 20 seconds we've got those quick

uppercuts act like you're shoeshine in the bag shoeshine shoeshine that's what they call it so with the last we've got one minute active rest again we're gonna go 30 second plank and then we're gonna go 30 seconds of jumping jacks okay guys you've made it you've made it to Round five this is the last round I want you to give it all you got so we're gonna start off with a two-minute round we've got 30 seconds cross hook hook and we've got 30 seconds cross hook hook you're gonna add another one in

there with a jab hook uppercut so that's cross hook hook jab hook uppercut okay now we've got minute - we're gonna go jab cross hook hook non-stop for 20 seconds the second 20 seconds we've got jab cross uppercut uppercut the last 20 seconds we get jab cross hook hook uppercut uppercut to finish off after you're finished with that you're gonna rest this one's not an active rest get your actual rest in okay guys we've made it we're into the cooldown let's go into it now so we're gonna repeat this
